2024-25 HIGH PERFORMANCE ADVANCED INFIELD
The Catalyst High Performance Advanced Infield Program provides athletes with the opportunity to compete and develop on a full-size infield during the winter. HP defensive programs are designed to encourage individual growth in a team setting. It is our goal to maximize middle infield and corner fielding through repetitions, situations, and competitions.
This program will utilize high-level, experienced coaches who are future, current, and former Division I, II and III collegiate softball players as well as coaches who have over 15+ years of coaching experience. This program will provide heavy repetitions while emphasizing fundamentals, footwork, quickness, and game situations. Position specific mechanics and work will be emphasized in individual groups as well.
HP ADVANCED INFIELD IS BUILT FOR PLAYERS THAT CONSIDER THEMSELVES EXPERIENCED ATHLETES AND ARE ABLE TO COMPETE AT A HIGH, FAST PACE. Ages 13 - 18 ONLY.

The Catalyst High Performance Advanced Outfield Program provides athletes with the opportunity to compete and develop in a dome, high ceilings, and legitimate outifeld reads during the winter. HP defensive programs are designed to encourage individual growth in a team setting. It is our goal to maximize outfield fundamentals and opportunities through repetitions, situations, and competitions.
This program will utilize high-level, experienced coaches who are future, current, and former Division I, II and III collegiate softball players as well as coaches who have over 15+ years of coaching experience. Our outfield program is led by former All-American outfielder from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, Hannah Schmoll. This program will provide heavy repetitions while emphasizing fundamentals, footwork, quickness, and game situations. Position specific mechanics and work will be emphasized in individual groups as well.

2024-25 HIGH PERFORMANCE ADVANCED CATCHING
The Catalyst High Performance Advanced Catching Program provides athletes with the opportunity to compete and develop through specific skill work, machine work, and live catching. HP defensive programs are designed to encourage individual growth in a team setting. It is our goal to maximize catching fundamentals through repetitions, framing specific drills, pitch-calling, blocking, and machine and live opportunities.
This program will utilize high-level, experienced coaches who are future, current, and former Division I, II and III collegiate softball players as well as coaches who have over 15+ years of coaching experience. Our catching program is led by former Hamline University catcher, Katie Koren. This program will provide heavy repetitions while emphasizing fundamentals, framing, quickness, blocking, throwing, and game situations. Each catcher will build upon skills, while also receiving individualized attention to ensure proper technique, footwork, body positioning, blocking fundamentals, and arm strength. Hip mobility exercises are emphasized to improve agility, flexibility, and range of motion.
Catchers will learn the finer points of managing defensive situations as well as working with pitchers at game speed through live instruction by our expert staff.
Ages 13 - 18 ONLY.
