Catalyst Softball Arm Development & Care Program will focus on developing healthy and strong arms for softball players as well as increase velocity. Using Jaeger bands, plyo balls, long toss, and soft tissue work:
The Catalyst HP Arm Development Program is designed to develop high caliber position-player athletes in all aspects of throwing. This includes building arm-strength, developing and creating different throwing movements, building efficient high level mechanics, and closely representing in-game high velocity and efficient throws as it pertains to each specific position on the field.
Program Goals:

EDUCATE the athlete on HOW they, and their arm, move.

Create Position-Specific throwing protocols to follow on a weekly cadence.

Develop a chronic workload base to carry into the season.

Create arm-maintenance protocols to carry a healthy arm through the rigors of the season.

Create a competitive environment that replicates position specific throwing.

Develop high end arm strength to make competitive throws in any situation.

Maximize high end arm strength
2024-25 registration is limited to a small capacity athletes per session - 6 maximum.
Pre-Registration opens to the public on 9/14/2024.
